The Thai public is no stranger to the cheerful personality of Panisara Pimpru, ‘Opal’. The star of acclaimed movie “Puen Sanit” has done such a good job convincing the public one tends to assume she is a barrel of laughs in real life, too.
Opal disagrees, pointing out that everyone has lots of different facets to their personalities. This means happiness and sadness on different occasions. She admits however that the habit of meditation she has cultivated, along with the many hours she has spent reading spiritual books in her grandmother’s library, have led her to an understanding of the facts of life that inclines her towards happiness.
