An American company has scheduled to turn a lock of Pop King, Michael Jackson’s hair into diamonds. The company, LifeGem, specializes in creating precious stones out of human DNA.
The lock of hair to be transformed is claimed to have been saved from Jackson’s Pepsi ad accident in 1984.
In the Pepsi ad, his hair caught on fire after a lighting feature went off too early during the 6th take. See the attached video for exclusive footage of the event, leaked to the public only about a month ago.
“We are currently evaluating Jackson’s hair sample to determine how many diamonds can be created,” Dean VandenBiesen, founder of LifeGem, said. “This will be a limited collection and we anticipate great interest.”
Are you one of those people of “great interest?” If you are, you better keep on top of these headlines—the company will only make a few!
