Can you measure 70 millimeters by using your fingers? Difficult, right? This is where Smart Finger comes into the picture. This concept is a “distance measure device” that combines the ancient body measurements with precise electronic technology.
The measurement is obtained by beaming a signal from one of the thimble-shaped finger straddlers to the other, then calculating how long it takes for the signal to travel from one point to another. It can also store the distances you have made with its built-in memory, thus making it usable in measuring three-dimensional space.
Now, if only this device would come with a ruler…
