Microsoft LifeCam Studio Webcam

With digital cameras now taking advantage of better technology to provide better quality images, it seems that there may not be the same level of advance in terms of quality in webcams. That may be quite a big question mark since webcams have also become quite common devices in homes with PC’s. And with the PC becoming a primary means of multimedia communication, it won’t harm having a webcam that offers high quality images and output.
It is a good thing that other companies have realized the need for better webcams nowadays. One such example is the new LifeCam Studio webcam from Microsoft. This special webcam features a 1080p HD sensor that provides for sharper and clearer image quality than before. It also has auto focus features to allow users to always stay in focus at any distance. It also comes with a high fidelity mic to provide clearer and detailed audio. This HD webcam becomes even more interesting with the recent announcement that the new Windows Live Messenger 2011 will now support HD video calling. This would make communication over PC’s even more convenient this time. The Microsoft LifeCam Studio is set to be available sometime this month exclusively at Best Buy stores. This HD webcam is expected to cost around US$100.
