Lingerie label Victoria's Secret has announced it is coming to the UK. The US brand will open its first British store in 2012 on the "prestigious corner of New Bond Street and Brook Street" in London.Victoria's Secret will be located at the Pringle store, with the British label moving out of the premises to a smaller space. Despite downsizing, Pringle has revealed it will launch an e-commerce site in August.
The new store has been planned for some time, with the company's owner Limited Brands eyeing up other locations including the former Nokia Store on Regent Street. But in the end it was decided it was too small, and they went with a 16,500 sq ft space instead. I'm sure there will be many a Londoner lining up to get their wings in 2012.
